<p>These small mechanical vacuum pumps are commonly used in laboratory and research applications.  Savant VP190 pumps are well suited for use as backing pumps for turbomolecular pumps, diffusion pumps, and mass spectrometers.  Other applications include,  vacuum distillation, freeze drying, and  vacuum furnace evacuation. </p>

<p>The <strong>Savant VLP 285</strong> vacuum pump is a dual-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 238 l/m at 50 Hz and 283 l/m at 60 Hz.  The Savant VLP285 pump has a gas-ballast control with three positions, closed, low flow, and high flow.  As a result, the ultimate pressure ranges from 1.5 x 10<sup>-3</sup>&nbsp; Torr to 4.5 x 10<sup>-2</sup> Torr.</p>



<p>Savant VLP shaft and rotors are made of high-grade cast-iron.  The pump body and oil-box are made from cast-aluminum.  This pump is fitted with a lifting bracket for use with suitable lifting equipment.</p>



<p>The Savant VLP285 is the same pump model as the Edwards RV12.</p>

<p>The <strong>Savant VLP 200</strong> vacuum pump is a dual-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 161 l/m at 50 Hz and 195 l/m at 60 Hz   The Savant VLP200 pump has a gas-ballast control with three positions, closed, low flow, and high flow.  As a result, the ultimate pressure ranges from 1.5 x 10<sup>-3</sup>&nbsp; Torr to 4.5 x 10<sup>-2</sup> Torr.</p>



<p>Savant VLP shaft and rotors are made of high-grade cast-iron.  The pump body and oil-box are made from cast-aluminum.  This pump is fitted with a lifting bracket for use with suitable lifting equipment.</p>



<p>The Savant VLP200 is the same pump model as the Edwards RV8.</p>



<h2 class="is-style-small-text"><strong>REMANUFACTURED OR <strong>REBUILT</strong> SAVANT VLP200 VACUUM PUMPS:</strong></h2>



<p>All Savant rebuild prices include disassembly, inspection &amp; cleaning. Replacement of seals, gasket, springs, o-rings &amp; valves. Other parts replaced as required upon approval for an extra charge. Pumps are then tested &amp; painted.</p>

The Savant VLP120 pump has a gas-ballast control with three positions, closed, low flow, and high flow.  As a result, the ultimate pressure ranges from 1.5 x 10<sup>-3</sup>&nbsp; Torr to 7.5 x 10<sup>-2</sup> Torr.</p>

<p>The <strong>Savant VLP 80</strong> vacuum pump is a dual-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of  62 l/m at 50 Hz and 76 l/m at 60 Hz.    </p>



<p>The Savant VLP80 pump has a gas-ballast control with three positions, closed, low flow, and high flow.  The shaft and rotors are made of high-grade cast-iron.  The pump body and oil-box are made from cast-aluminum.  This pump has a retractable lifting handle.</p>



<p>The Savant VLP80 is the same pump model as the Edwards RV3.</p>

<p>The<strong>&nbsp;Duo 65 rotary vane pump</strong>&nbsp;is a positive displacement pump used primarily for all low and medium vacuum  applications.    It&#8217;s quiet, compact and well suited for a wide range of bench top  applications.   A temperature sensor (PTC) provides optimum motor protection.  The <strong>Duo 65</strong> has an integrated gas ballast and HV safety valve.</p>

<p>All pump rebuild prices include disassembly, inspection &amp; cleaning.  Replacement of seals, gasket, springs, o-rings &amp; valves is included.  Additional parts may be replaced as required upon approval for an extra charge.  The pumps are tested &amp; painted upon completion.</p>

<p>All pump rebuild prices include disassembly, inspection &amp; cleaning. Replacement of seals, gasket, springs, o-rings &amp; valves. Other parts replaced as required upon approval for an extra charge. Pumps are then tested &amp; painted.</p>
