Leybold DK 100 Rotary Piston Pumps

The Leybold DK 100 vacuum pump is a dual stage pump with pistons in series to achieve low ultimate pressures and a pumping speed of 68 cfm. DK 100 rotary piston pumps have a pressure range down to 5 x 10^-4 mbar without gas ballast and 4 x 10^-3 mbar with gas ballast.

The DK 100 vacuum pump includes corrosion resistant seals, air cooling, a direct drive 3 phase 5 hp motor and an internal adjustable gas ballast.

REBUILT OR REMANUFACTURED leybold DK100 VACUUM PUMPS:

All rebuild prices include disassembly, inspection & cleaning. Replacement of seals, gasket, springs, o-rings & valves. Other parts replaced as required upon approval for an extra charge. Pumps are then tested & painted.
