Leybold RUVAC roots pumps are used to increase the pumping speed at low pressures, extending the operating pressure range of the fore pumps. The Leybold WS 2001 Roots vacuum pumps use air cooled hermetically canned motors. The Leybold WSU 2001 Roots vacuum pumps are provided with an additional integrated pressure equalization line.
