The Kinney KTC-112 vacuum pump is an oil sealed two-stage rotary piston pump. Extremely rugged and reliable, these pumps are also capable of achieving the lowest possible pressures from mechanical pumps. Kinney Tuthill KTC-112 has a pumping speed of 107 cfm and reaches an ultimate pressure of .2 microns.
With a triplex piston design, the Kinney KTC-112 vacuum pump is dynamically balanced and practically vibration free. They have a single shaft with three sets of cams and pistons. Adjustable gas ballast valves are included as standard equipment for handling water and other vapor loads.

All rebuild prices include disassembly, inspection & cleaning. Replacement of seals, gasket, springs, o-rings & valves. Other parts replaced as required upon approval for an extra charge. Pumps are then tested & painted.
