The Alcatel 2063C vacuum pump is an oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 50 cfm and an ultimate pressure of 1 x 10-4 Torr. These pumps are designed to withstand corrosive gas and can be used with perfluoropolyester PFPE inert fluids. Alcatel 2063 and Alcatel adixen 2063 pumps are dual stage mechanical pumps that can be used to obtain a medium vacuum (up to 10-3 mbar) or in pumping assemblies to back a diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump.
The 2063C vacuum pump is a two-stage rotary vane pump with a 2 hp motor. It is reliable and designed for applications in the chemical industry and any vacuum processes that demand chemical resistance.
