The Alcatel 2063A vacuum pump is an oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 50 cfm and an ultimate pressure of 2 x 10-4 mbar. Alcatel 2063 and Alcatel adixen 2063 pumps are dual stage mechanical pumps that can be used to obtain a medium vacuum (up to 10-3 mbar) or in pumping assemblies to back a diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump.
The 2063A vacuum pump is a two-stage rotary vane pump with a 3 hp motor. It is reliable and designed for general purpose applications, not for corrosive or chemical applications.
