The Alcatel 2060C vacuum pump is an oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 47 cfm and an ultimate pressure of 1 x 10-4 Torr. These pumps are designed to withstand corrosive gas and can be used with perfluoropolyester PFPE inert fluids. Alcatel 2060 pumps are dual stage mechanical pumps that can be used to obtain a medium vacuum (up to 10-3 mbar) or in pumping assemblies to back a diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump.
