The Alcatel 2004A vacuum pump is an oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 3.2 cfm and an ultimate pressure of 1 x 10-4 Torr. Alcatel 2004 pumps are dual stage mechanical pumps that can be used to obtain a medium vacuum (up to 10-3 mbar) or in pumping assemblies to back a diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump.
